Hélder Costa Branco

Lawyer since 2009, partner at Leal, Faro, Ramos & Tentúgal – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL since 2019, dedicating to the areas of Commercial and Company Law, Industrial Property Law and Real Estate.

It is worth noting the advice on company acquisitions and transfers of shares and the experience in due diligence processes, acquisition, selling and management of real estate assets, in the residential and commercial sectors, having participated in several operations of a significant size, with particular focus on foreign investment.

Hélder has a Master's Degree in Legal-Private Sciences, in November 2011, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP), particularly focused in Company Law.

He also teaches at Institute of Accounting and Administration of Aveiro, since 2015, where he has been teaching the subjects of Introduction to Business Law, Commercial and Corporate Law and Tax Law.
