The creation of  Leal, Faro, Ramos & Tentúgal – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL dates back to 1994, the year the firm was founded.

Initially focused on providing services to companies in the banking, agri-food, textile and real estate sectors, the scope of activity would expand with the formal constitution of the company, without losing its initial vocation.

Always dedicated to the areas of Corporate Law, LFRT today supports clients of different nationalities and diversified economic sectors, including not only cooperatives, companies and business groups, but also individual persons, with emphasis on entrepreneurs, regularly advising business expansions in various sectors.

The services provided by the LFRT include legal consultation, including the drafting of national and international contracts, and support for real estate and company acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs and other forms of corporate reorganization, as well as litigation, which the firm practices in common courts and in administrative and tax courts.
