Among the areas of activity of the LFRT under her responsibility, the areas of litigation and credit recovery stand out, as well as Commercial Law and Labor Law.

Particularly in Employment Law, emphasis is given to advice on matters of contracts and on the various vicissitudes that affect legal labor situations, along with the instruction of disciplinary proceedings, collective dismissal procedures and the job termination.
