Joel Moreira

Lawyer since 2009, of counsel at Leal, Faro, Ramos & Tentúgal – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL since 2020.

Joel has a Master's Degree in Legal-Private Sciences, in November 2011, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP).

Having previously been an associate lawyer at Aguiar-Branco & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados and then working in an individual practice for a few years, Joel is currently a member of the legal department at José de Melo Saúde Group, where he provides legal support in the area of labor law.

At LFRT, it is also worth mentioning the experience in this area, where it provides advice on contracts and on the various vicissitudes that affect labor legal situations, along with the instruction of disciplinary proceedings, collective dismissal procedures and the job termination.
